High-Quality Coax Cable Options

For the best performance in your application, choose coaxial cables with the right style, impedance, shielding material, dielectric material, and jacket material.

Cable Style

Whether you need standard, custom, or other industry-specific coaxial cables, we have a wide selection of options:

  • Standard Coaxial Cables: The most common standard cables we offer are low loss coaxial cables and certain RG coaxial cables (RG6, RG8, RG58, RG59).
    • Other Styles: AWM 1354, CL2, CL3R, RG11, RG62, RG63, RG108, RG142, RG174, RG178, RG179, RG180, RG187, RG195, RG196, RG213, RG214, RG217, RG218, RG223, RG303, RG304, RG316, RG393, RG400, RG403, Twinaxial
  • Custom Coaxial Cables: Our engineering team can build custom coax cables that meet unique project specifications.
  • Industry-Specific Cables: We also provide coaxial cables that comply with strict aerospace, medical, and telecommunication standards.

Impedance

Choose the impedance level that’s right for your intended application:

  • 50 Ohm: The standard choice for microwave applications and radio frequency (RF) applications.
  • 75 Ohm: The standard choice for video and cable TV systems.
  • Other Impedances: We also develop coax cables with impedances of 52, 78, 93, 95, 100, and 125 Ohm for specialized applications.

Cable Shielding

The right shielding provides built-in protection against different types of interference and noise. We provide multiple shielding options based on industry, common types of interference, and project parameters:

  • Foil and tin copper braid
  • Single bare copper (BC) or tin coating (TC) braid
  • Single silver plated copper braid
  • Double silver plated copper braid
  • Double bare copper braid

Dielectric Material

Dielectric insulation plays a key role in maintaining consistent spacing between the shielding and center conductor. Our dielectric spacers can be made from the following materials:

  • Fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP)
  • Foam FEP
  • Polyethylene (PE)
  • Foam PE
  • Solid PE
  • Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)

Jacket Material

To protect the internal wiring from external damage, select the right coaxial jacket material. Popular options include:

  • FEP
  • Double FEP
  • E-CTFE
  • PTFE
  • Polyethylene
  • Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC)
  • PVC (Type I)
  • PVC (Non-Contaminating Vinyl)
  • PVC (Non-Contaminating Vinyl Type IIA)
  • Thermoplastic elastomer
